There's a very noticeable increase in detail especially on corners and hard edges. Square edges just look more clean and crisp. Now the print "resolution" is higher it makes other flaws in the printer much more pronounced. Which is a good thing as it makes them easier to detect and debug.
I have bought one of these for each of my printers and they work amazing. They get hot just as fast as any other nozzle and print abrasive filament perfect. Haven’t had any wear at all in over a year.
I bought this for use in my mosquito in a new voron 2.4 build. I am able to print at 120mm/s and get perfect prints. This nozzle is miles better than any brass tip you can buy off Amazon. I am purchasing more of these for my other printers. They're great!
Using it for Cf-petg and Cf-Nylon have not experienced any wear after about 100 hours of print time
I've had this nozzle in one of my 3D printers for a few months now and it's been performing great! I print a lot of Carbon Fiber Polycarbonate, CF-PETG, CF-PA, etc... hardened steel nozzles drops in quality somewhere around 3.5kg of filament. This nozzle has seen about 15kg of abrasive filament and hasn't dropped off in quality at all yet!
